Welcome to NoLeakOS. By registering for and using our anti-forwarding protection system, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NoLeakOS services, you agree to:

• Comply with these Terms & Conditions
• Accept our Privacy Policy
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use NoLeakOS.

2. Service Description

NoLeakOS is an anti-forwarding protection system designed for Telegram channels and groups. Our service:

• Monitors message forwarding activity in your Telegram channels
• Detects unauthorized content distribution and reselling attempts
• Automatically blocks users attempting to forward protected content
• Provides analytics and reporting tools through our CRM dashboard
• Integrates with Telegram via bot API for real-time protection

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use NoLeakOS, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Choose a secure password
• Provide accurate personal information (name, language preference)
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account
• Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• Any actions taken by users you grant access to your channels
• Keeping your account information up to date

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing Plans

NoLeakOS offers two subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: €50/month, billed monthly
• Annual Plan: €432/year (€36/month), billed annually

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.

4.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We do not store your credit card information
• You must provide a valid payment method to activate your subscription
• Payment failures may result in suspension of service
• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and exclude applicable taxes

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4.4 Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to NoLeakOS until the end of your paid period
• No refunds are provided for partial months or years
• There are no cancellation fees

4.5 Refund Policy

• Refunds are offered within 7 days of initial subscription for first-time subscribers
• Renewal payments are non-refundable
• Refund requests must be submitted to info@noleakos.com
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days
• Abuse of refund policy may result in account termination

5. Service Usage and Restrictions

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use NoLeakOS to:

• Protect your own Telegram channels from unauthorized forwarding
• Monitor and manage channel member activity
• Generate analytics reports on content protection
• Configure protection settings for your channels

5.2 Prohibited Use

You must NOT:

• Use NoLeakOS for any illegal activities or to violate any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to NoLeakOS
• Use automated systems to access the service (bots, scrapers)
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Violate Telegram's Terms of Service
• Use the service to distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content

6. Telegram Integration

6.1 Bot Access Requirements

To use NoLeakOS, you must:

• Provide a valid Telegram bot API token for your channel
• Grant the bot administrator permissions in your channel
• Maintain bot access for the service to function properly
• Comply with Telegram's Bot API Terms of Service

6.2 Service Limitations

NoLeakOS functionality depends on:

• Telegram's API availability and functionality
• Your bot having necessary permissions in your channel
• Telegram's rate limits and API restrictions

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by Telegram platform changes or API limitations.

7. Service Availability and Support

7.1 Service Level

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for NoLeakOS services
• Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features
• No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service is provided

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in NoLeakOS, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, logos, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to NoLeakOS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service according to these terms.

9. Liability and Warranties

9.1 Service Warranty Disclaimer

NoLeakOS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Complete prevention of all content forwarding or leaks
• Detection of all unauthorized distribution attempts
• Compatibility with all Telegram channels or future Telegram updates
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoLeakOS shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from content leaks or unauthorized distribution
• Actions or omissions of third parties (including Telegram)
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your data

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of NoLeakOS shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of NoLeakOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using NoLeakOS, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Cancelling your subscription through your account dashboard
• Contacting support at info@noleakos.com

11.2 Termination by NoLeakOS

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms & Conditions
• Your payment method fails or is declined
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You abuse the service or harm other users
• Required by law or legal process

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to NoLeakOS will be immediately revoked
• Bot integration with your channels will be discontinued
• Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
• Outstanding payments remain due and payable

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will notify you of material changes via:

• Email to your registered email address
• Notice in the CRM dashboard
• Update to the "Last updated" date above

Your continued use of NoLeakOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of NoLeakOS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
